How to save the U.S. Constitution: 5 + 3

How do we save America? We save America starting with putting gentle but firm peaceful pressure on five MAGA Senators that love their country, love their flag and want to protect their family name. We must also find 3 MAGA Congressmen who want to protect their pledge, to protect their oath, protect their family, protect their country and their flag.

Dear reader, I am 88 years old and not in the best of health. I love my country and freedom and liberty, so this pen is what I am using to defend those issues. Watching political activity in Washington D.C. is now like watching a big league baseball game being played without foul lines or umpires.

Doctor Political Strangelove

He is an eighth-grade bully, who can dish it out but he can’t take it. That also applies to his three stooges; Elon Musk, VP JD Vance and Speaker Michael Johnson. All four have egos the size of a basketball and hearts smaller than golf balls. All four were in on the cancelation of food money already funded via USAID, bound for starving children in Africa and other parts of the world in February 2025. By canceling all operations at USAID, it resulted in over 150,000 children dying of starvation. Fact check this, because these guys often respond to criticism with BS without shame! He can't get enough power, he can't get enough money, he can't get enough retribution and revenge against those he sees as enemies both domestic and foreign. He can't relieve himself of his continuous attitude of hostility. He believes that civility is a sign of weakness. He is totally humorless. He can't stop flippantly punishing trading partners based on their politics. He punishes governments that take legal steps against their own politicians, (Brazil) that Doctor Strangelove had admired. He makes promise after promise that the tariffs will bail out our financial problems. Meanwhile I call them TERRORIFFS. He now practices warfare not approved by the Legislature, domestically and internationally. He bombs alleged drug speed boats near Venezuela. He sends National Guard troops from Texas to Illinois as the place where the “enemy within” (Democrats) might be. He wants the National Guard in all blue states, alleging big crime problems. Some red states, have larger crime problems, but he is taking no action against them. He has suggested in the past that he wants to use the American military in addition to the National Guard to patrol our streets. He really and truly now dear reader, is using the Soviet style of governance. He must have all power, no opposition parties, no opposition agencies, no inspectors general, no JAG corp. The Department of Justice is now controlled by the Executive. His inner circle lines up similarly to the Soviet style of “dupes, stooges and willing idiots” who are afraid to lose their status in his political sphere. It is like the oligarchs in Russia who embrace their leader for fear of losing their $10 million yachts cruising the Mediterranean. Doctor Strangelove holds everyone politically close, and if they utter a single disagreement, they may be fired. The DOJ has lost literally 30 or 40 of the best district attorneys in the country over their allegiance to the U.S. Constitution first rather than to Doctor Strangelove.

Dear reader now since January 20th, he has already spent $1.2 trillion more than he has taken in. And an important reminder is he broke a first term president record by spending $7.6 trillion over budget.

Let’s go back to his original business malfeasance. Then go forward to his political felonies and proper proof of wrongdoing. When his rap sheet is examined thoroughly and thoughtfully it is not stretching the truth to suggest Doctor Strangelove is a “lawless racketeer”. He behaves as if he has earned full control of his entire political dominion similar to Vladimir Putin.

When Bill Clinton won the presidency in 1992, the House Speaker was Democrat Tom Foley from the state of Washington. Believe it or not dear reader, the Federal debt when Bill Clinton won the presidency was $4 trillion. That's right! $4 trillion! Remember today it is $38 trillion. Courageously Bill Clinton and Al Gore Vice President decided to propose a tax increase. The debt had arisen for two reasons; in Ronald Reagan's second term as president, he passed laws to lower the restrictions on businesses borrowing from Banks and Savings and Loans. How did that turn out? Well, it didn't work out well, there was mass thefts, bankruptcies, disillusion and poor judgment. The loss to the government, including bonds for the bailout, was over a trillion dollars. Then President George H. W. Bush while president had to save Kuwait from the invasion of Iraq. That's how the debt got to $4 trillion. The point I want everyone to note well is that in passing the tax increase, every Democrat voted to pass it. No Republicans voted to increase the taxes. It was so close that Vice President Al Gore had to make the final vote to break the tie. The next election cycle Speaker of the House Tom Foley lost his bid for reelection. Note that he had voted for the tax increase and also a 10-year assault weapons ban. He voted for both and Foley being from Eastern Washington, that of course that wasn’t appreciated by the Gun Lobby. Please understand that that 10-year assault weapons ban saved a lot of lives. Why am I bringing this up? Because when Tom Foley was asked about his defeat he simply said, “hey, I voted my conscience”. Imagine that, imagine sticking to your oath, imagine sticking to your pledge to protect the people and the United States Constitution. What has become of us modernly since 1993? Are we losing our political soul? Has moral turpitude become S.O.P? It is evident that MAGA forces in the Capitol building have abandoned their moral compass with respect to the U.S. Constitution.

Bill Clinton finished his eight years in office finding 22 million new jobs, making peace throughout the world, balancing the budget four years, and of course the Republicans took credit for the balancing of the budget even though they all refused to sign the tax increase. The thanks given to President Clinton? He was impeached for a stolen kiss, but he was not convicted. In his last November in office, he visited Wall Street and received a standing ovation. He left office with one of the highest approval ratings in the history of poll taking, 72%. Please Fact Check everything I've stated. And VP Al Gore in his attempt to replace President Bill Clinton, decided to keep his distance from the former president on the campaign trail. He never appeared next to Bill Clinton on a stage during the campaign. History will no doubt comment over that rejection.

MAGA Senate and MAGA House

Unfortunately, the Senate and the House majority are now toothless and indifferent to their power given to them as outlined in the U.S. Constitution to be used as a check and balance against the Executive Branch. The problem? The MAGA Senators and the MAGA Congressmen have surrendered in total their political duties of oversight. They even allow Legislative funding that they have approved to be quashed by Doctor Strangelove. There is no transparency, there is no accountability, there is no acknowledgement that President Strangelove has turned the “people's White House” into the Casino Royale selling all kinds of stuff and negotiating deals without accountability or transparency. Since he's taken his office, he has doubled his estate's wealth. Please fact check! Now in the United States, due process, the rule of law, is in abject danger. We cannot allow absolute and complete power to be given to the Executive branch. To do so is the same thing as just handing over a crown to Doctor Strangelove. His followers are fearful; they have a very strange way of showing dedication. Loyalty gained to Doctor Strangelove out of fear and pressure is not really true affection is it? Where is the shame? Where is the dignity? Where is the honor? What is happening to us? Are we losing our soul? Are we losing everything we stood for, for 250 years, out of fear and cowardice? Could it actually be that Doctor Strangelove is truly a gift from Hell?

MAGA families, MAGA country, MAGA God

Dear reader how can anyone so easily surrender their conscience, surrender their honor, surrender their family's reputation, their historical reputation, the possibility of punishment from a just God? These issues are so important to all of America. We must honor the name of those who signed the Declaration of Independence, who created the U.S. Constitution. We must honor all the great American leaders of the past 250 years who have so honorably served us and served us with decency and patriotism. We must honor our past military that fought for the U.S. Constitution not for a monarch, a dictator or an authoritarian.

If we can accumulate a majority of Independents and Democrats to join along with five MAGA Senators and three MAGA Congressmen, we can gain majority control of the House and Senate. We can return to due process and the rule of law. This paper is written to seek the help of not just 5/3 but every single American who loves their flag, who loves their U.S. Constitution and who wants their country to survive past our current leader, Doctor Strangelove, who constantly demands more power, more revenge and more shameless money grubbing.

We can do it; we can use E. Pluribus Unum. We can do what I've said time and time again and that is to listen to George Washington, who asked every American in 1792 for their patriotism.

We can do it by acknowledging St. Peter in the New Testament who said, “honor your government and pay your taxes”. We can do it by all of us honoring our individual moral code and honoring our hope for all of us in America, especially our children and grandchildren. Let me close by saying God bless the United States.

A final Postscript to Doctor Strangelove

He is by far the most un-American and anti-American president to ever occupy the White House. He is the most cruel and unusual by far. He does not admire George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, or Ronald Reagan. His political heart lies with Vladmir Putin (look up the White House meeting with the Russian ambassador in May 2017, look up the Helsinki accords July 18, 2018, look up the red-carpet meeting in Alaska in September 2025.) Does Doctor Strangelove prefer the Soviet style of government over that of our founding fathers? You betcha. Vladimir Putin, Victor Orban, Jair Bolsonaro, and the Argentine Authoritarian Javier Melei (who by the way may be getting a gift of $20 billion from Doctor Strangelove and American taxpayers) are his preferred leaders. What is the remedy to keep the U.S.A. being faithful to the U.S. Constitution, the rule of law, and due process? The answer is a rebirth of freedom and liberty born again 250 years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence. A vast majority of Americans are not ready for a king or a dictator! Show your patriotism, hide your wallets from Doctor Strangelove! Tell MAGA Senators and MAGA Congressmen to stop being afraid of their false God. We must show more courage and love of country.

We can retain freedom and liberty! We can do it with dignity and honor.
